With over 40 years of experience on two wheels—from BMX racing as a youngster to a pro career in the late '90s and early 2000s—Nigel became one of the most recognised names in UK mountain biking. He later managed the highly successful Chain Reaction Cycles Nukeproof race team for 16 years, leading riders to World Cup Downhill victories and four Enduro World Championship titles.

Still a highly skilled and versatile rider, Nigel has also claimed titles including Masters Downhill World Champion, 2nd overall in the Masters Enduro World Series, and 3rd at the Vet BMX World Championships.

Now based in the Tweed Valley—famous for its natural trails and Enduro World Series rounds—Nigel offers guided rides for all abilities. You’ll get riding tips, help with bike setup, and insights from decades at the top of the sport.
